Asparagus 5 -10 sticks
Button mushrooms / crimini mushrooms about 1 lb
cherry tomatoes halved 3 cups.
Chopped medley of mushrooms and asparagus.
cast iron pan , heat 2 tsp EVOO.
Add mushrooms and let them brown for about 3-5 minutes.
Add asparagus and saute for another 4 minutes.
